Needs Assessment

The assessment of the needs- both of the employees and the organization- is a vital part of program EAP planning and development. The design of Employee Assistance Programs is based on the assessment of organizational and employee needs. As much data as possible is collected to qualify and quantify reported needs so that management can make an informed decision and develop in close cooperation with Hellas EAP, the most appropriate EAP services and delivery systems to meet particular employee needs. An EAP needs assessment is necessary from the perspective of providing properly integrated counseling services to employees and their families.
