24/7 Support & Crisis Line
Immediate, confidential and unlimited support and consultation for employees and their family members regarding the management of their personal, family or work issues that have a negative impact on their functionality, psychosocial health and wellbeing. Additionally, 24-hour brief support and consultation is provided to HR Executives and Team Leaders on anthropocentric issues related to their role as well as and team management.
Face to Face Counselling Sessions
Individual or family Face to Face Counselling Sessions for employees and their family members. Solution focused counselling model regarding the management of their daily personal, family and work life challenges and their personal development.
Leadership /Management Consultation
Immediate 24-hour access of Executives to Senior EAP Counsellors for the provision of Supportive Counselling & Consultation, for the prevention and effective management of business people risks and anthropocentric challenges that adversely affect the well-being, productivity and safety in the workplace. Indicatively: crisis management inside and outside the workplace, preparation and management of organizational changes, disability management, management of long-term absenteeism, management of addictions, management of behavioral risks & high – risk cases, performance management, etc.
On-site Counselling
Monthly or regular visits by specialized Psychologists/ EAP Counsellors on a pre-arranged time and place, aiming at providing on site:
- support and counselling to employees
- consultation to the Management on anthropocentric issues
- tailor made solutions to meet any arising workplace needs
