3. Mental Wellbeing Ambassador in the Workplace Certification

An innovative Certification Training program, “Mental Wellbeing Ambassador in the Workplace,” offered by Hellas EAP in collaboration with TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas. The training program, with a total duration of 21 hours, leads to a certification by TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas upon successful completion of the exams, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 standard. Participants receive a Certificate of Professional Qualification Compliance which is valid for two years.

The specific training program and certification is intended for business executives, team leaders, Human Resources and Health & Safety professionals. It is intended for a trained and certified professional within the organization to serve as a first-line point of contact for mental health and wellbeing issues and who actively contributes to fostering a culture of trust, prevention, and open communication at all levels of the organization, serving as a bridge between employees, management, and support services.
