1. Leadership Training & Development

The Transformational Leadership program creates the framework and conditions for a process in leading executives and employees / working groups to positively interact and support each other, in order to achieve higher levels of morale, mobilization and job satisfaction, especially in times of change, uncertainty and -long lasting crisis. Emphasis is placed on a new mind map internationally adopted by the transformational leaders of today, which focuses on a self-reinforcing and authentic leadership style, that will inspire and positively impact the entire work environment, will contribute to the strengthening of working relationships between individuals and groups, enhance the implementation of strategic priorities and objectives and create value for all stakeholders.

2. Policies & Procedures

Development of Policies and Procedures in fields and sensitive issues related to the human factor (e.g. Crisis Management, Behavioral Risk Management, Disability Management, Violence and Harassment, Addictions, Substances and Alcohol Consumption, etc.

3. Focus Group

Group sessions applying a specific methodology, aimed at further exploring the challenges and needs of employees and / or specific departments so as to advance the development of targeted solutions to issues requiring customized assessment and management.

4. Diversity and Integration

A specialized training program of Hellas EAP that aims to strengthen the role of leading executives and managers through the acquisition of skills in the fields of diversity, inclusion and teamwork. The ultimate goal is for the executives to acquire the necessary knowledge and the appropriate tools, so that they can gradually “build” an environment that will promote and adopt inclusive behaviors, in order to maximize the strengths of each different member of a team, reinforcing positive results in all areas.

5. Women Support & Empowerment Program

A tailor-made program of Hellas EAP that aims to enhance the resilience of women, to effectively manage the particular challenges they face, in relation to the specificity and multiplicity of the roles they are required to fulfill in their lives. Additionally, the program aims to strengthen women’s skills with regard to the balance and harmony between their personal and work lives, placing particular emphasis on maintaining and harnessing female diversity.
